"Brandon was honestly awesome to work with. I came to him just hoping to save a little on my car insurance, and he ended up cutting my rate down way more than I expected. On top of that, while we were talking he asked about my homeowners insurance and caught that I actually had the wrong type of coverage. He got me switched over to the right kind of policy and still kept the cost the same. That’s a huge relief knowing I’m actually covered the way I should be. The best part is he explained everything in plain English, no pushy sales stuff, no rushing me, just super easy to talk to. He made the whole process simple and way less stressful than I expected. I'm already in talks with him about moving over more of my business, definitely recommend!"

"Brandon, our account manager, has been a life saver. We were very confused today with the information given to us by our claims adjuster, so we contacted Brandon. Brandon listened to our concerns, called the claims adjuster and resolved our problem very quickly. Brandon has helped us with a number of items over the last few years. "I had a great experience working with one of Agent Kathy Wall's team members, Alex Kolb. He was very informative and excellent at explaining the breakdown of my policy options. He listened attentively to what I needed, and quickly delivered. Although I wasn't wanting to switch to State Farm for about another month when I had first reached out, Alex took the time to help me choose the best date to switch over, never made me feel rushed, and was impressively prompt with his responses, as well as his follow ups. Being someone who locks their keys in their vehicle far too often, having solid roadside assistance was my main concern. With Alex's experienced help I found exactly what I needed at a cost I was more than happy with. I actually ended up needing to use my roadside assistance for a locksmith much sooner than I had hoped....... However; in less than half an hour after sending the request, help arrived and I was well taken care of! Alex's confidence and competence in the product he represents made me feel secure in my decision to switch to State Farm. I know I made the right decision."
